Professor of Communication and International Politics at the Faculty of Social and Communication Sciences of the University of Barcelona. Social and Communication Sciences at the Universidad Europea de Madrid, where he has been teaching and researching for 30 years. He collaborates with the Instituto de Estudios Estratégicos del CESEDEN (Ministry of Defence) and is a researcher in the areas of International Political Communication; Security; US Foreign Policy; and Spanish Cooperation and Foreign Policy. His latest research has focused on the study of elections in the United States and the role of democracy in shaping the international order. He collaborates with specialised magazines (Atalayar, Diplomacia) and in the general media (RTVE, Diario Montañés, Mediaset, Cadena COPE).
