Ronetta Shikakhwa as born in Amman in 1984, but is originally of Circassian origin. She graduated from Rosary Sisters College in 2002 having pursued a science degree, before completing her degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Jordan in 2006.
She has an extensive history working at different organizations in finance and tax departments including Royal Jordanian Airlines, Izzat Marji Group, Arab Bank, Dallah Albarakat Flight Operation Co. and the Dutch Embassy. In 2016 she joined the Friedrich Naumann Foundation as a finance auditor, and then became the finance coordinator and auditor for the MENA region.
